Hold Me Tight
copyright 2002, D. Leilehua Yuen

I could use a pair of arms around me holding me tight

Like a weary storm-tossed bird I keep flying through the night

I need some place to land upon so I can fly again

But your arms no longer hold me. All I can touch is the wind.

When you held me in your arms I had more strength to fly

But now the clouds have grown so dark I cannot see the sky

The only light that I can see is lightening flashing bright

Without a single place to land I fly on through the night.

I need some place to land upon so I can fly again

But your arms no longer hold me. All I can touch is the wind.
